General Sales Terms & Conditions

1. General


All purchases from Maison Aurelora are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


2. Product Authenticity & Craftsmanship


Maison Aurelora creates fine jewelry using real gold, platinum, and natural or lab-grown diamonds of the highest quality. Each piece is handcrafted by our artisans, and slight variations in dimensions, weight, or finish may occur — these are part of the unique nature of handcrafted jewelry.


3. Custom Orders


Custom orders are made specifically according to the client’s requested designs, specifications, and materials.

Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

The client is responsible for ensuring that any design, logo, or artistic element provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Maison Aurelora acts solely as the manufacturer following the client’s specifications and will not be held liable for any intellectual property violations arising from the client’s submitted designs or requests.


4. Returns & Exchanges


We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, due to the nature of fine jewelry:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any reason.

Exchanges may be accepted only for store credit, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

The item must be in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all packaging, certificates, and documentation intact.

Custom-made, engraved, or altered items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.


Maison Aurelora reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.


5. Production Lead Time


Standard production time for custom orders is approximately 2–3 weeks.

For intricate or highly customized designs, the lead time may extend up to 6–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. Maison Aurelora will inform clients of any expected delays before production begins.


6. Payment Terms


For all custom orders:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or collection of the finished piece.


Production will not commence without receipt of the initial deposit. Late payment of the balance may delay delivery or collection.


7. Repairs & After-Sales Service


Maison Aurelora offers repair and polishing services for its pieces at our discretion. Charges may apply depending on the nature of the repair and the condition of the item.


8. Pricing & Liability


All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary according to market fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone costs. Maison Aurelora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use any of our products. Once an item leaves our premises or is handed to the client or courier, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the client.
